Looking for the LEG UP in public works leadership? Our inaugural meeting of LEG (Leadership Exchange Group), will occur at two locations in NH, so you can attend the meeting location closest to you and network with your public works peer leaders from surrounding communities. LEG is UNH T2’s new initiative to bring together experienced public works leaders and those new to public works management, or aspiring to a future promotion to a career in public works leadership…to exchange ideas, experiences, coach and mentor the next generation of public works leaders, as well as build a strong peer network.
For our first meeting, we’ll discuss : A Multigenerational Approach, launching our discussion from this one hour recording from APWA. In addition to the group discussion as follow up to independently watching the video, we’ll have plenty of time for general networking, asking questions and soliciting input and feedback, and building peer relationships.
This month’s conversations will be hosted by Jeremy Clay in Claremont on October 28th at 11:30a and our second meeting will be held in Alton, with a location and date to be determined. Lunch will be served. Interested in hosting a future LEG meeting at your facility? Let us know!
