To support collaboration and knowledge sharing through New Hampshire’s local public works agencies, UNH T2 is developing an online collection of information on the technologies, tools, best practices and safety countermeasures that are used in municipalities throughout the state. We need your help! We’re asking every NH municipal highway agency to complete this survey to provide input to this new resource. We’ll populate the results in a searchable online collection where public works agencies considering a new technology or roadway project can connect with other agencies who have implemented or installed similar technologies or projects, for instance.
The survey takes about five minutes to complete and gathers feedback on which roadway safety countermeasures have been implemented locally, as well as which best practices are in use at local agencies for equipment, techniques, materials, and other public works operations.
By sharing your own municipality's practices, another team could learn from you and support adoption of roadway safety countermeasures in their own community, or integrate a new best practices or technology into their own operations to improve efficiency.
The ultimate value of this new resource will be largely determined by the number of highway agencies that respond. This is where we need your help! We are asking that the Director or Road Agent from each NH highway agency take a few minutes to complete the survey. We appreciate input from local road agencies and public works departments of all sizes throughout NH.
