In response to current rock salt shortages affecting many communities, our Technical Specialist, Scott Kinmond, has scheduled an informal virtual roundtable for New Hampshire municipal public works and highway managers to share how you’re responding to the impacts. Join him Tuesday morning at 9a to exchange ideas for managing shortages. Scott also reached out to the larger salt vendors to see if they can share any updates and anticipated timelines, and he will pass along whatever he learns from that outreach.
Note this session is not part of our NH Roads Scholar program… just a chance to connect with other DPW and highway agency leadership on the topic and share an idea or take away an idea to help your team and community through this challenge.
