Scott Kinmond

Scott Kinmond joined UNH T2 in 2019 as Technical Specialist. He is currently the Public Works Director in Alton, NH and has previously worked in municipal government for the past 35 years serving as a Police Officer and Police Chief, Public Works Director, and a Town Administrator. Scott is a past President of NH Public Works Association, and is an Advanced Master Road Scholar. He instructs training workshops, facilitates public works peer conversations, and provides technical assistance to NH municipal highway departments.
