Scott Kinmond

Scott Kinmond joined UNH T2 in 2019 as a part-time Technical Specialist and has now joined UNH T2 as a full-time Technical Specialist. He has previously worked in municipal roles for almost 40-years in town administration, law enforcement, and public works, including most recently as the Town of Alton’s Public Works Director and as a municipal consultant. Scott was one of our first NH Advanced Master Roads Scholars and is also a graduate of the NH Bureau of Education & Training’s Certified Supervisors Program (CPS) and the Certified Public Mangers Program (CPM).  He is a past-president of NH Public Works Association, and he is very active in NH and his community in a variety of volunteer and board capacities. He instructs training workshops, facilitates public works peer conversations, and provides technical assistance to NH municipal highway departments.
